Feoras Collies Presents:
BISS/BVISS Can. Ch. Bannerstone's Golden Nimbus, CGN, RN, VC, TT

Out of coat and a bit mucky after rolling in the seaweed ---- but enjoying the breeze at Conrad Beach at a young looking 6 years of age above (and below in our garden). In addition to being a wonderful companion, Cormic is also a Group placing dog who has done extremely well in the conformation ring with limited showing.

Cormic is a delightful addition to our kennel made possible through the kindness and support of Sherry and Brian at Bannerstone Kennels, on a co-ownership agreement.

He has been shown rarely, but has garnered several Group wins over beautiful specials, and took multiple BOBs, Best of Opposite at the Maritime Group 7 Specialty,  as well as a Group 1st, Group 2nd and several Group 4ths while finishing his Championship and two shows following as a Special.

He has been out of the ring for some time; enjoying life at the house as a much beloved member of the family, and siring a litter that brought us his talented daughter, Echo.

In 2018 on a whim, Jerrica decided to enter Cormic in his first Collie Club of Canada National Specialty.  What a shock we had when we watched him, under judge Marcy Fine, go Best Veteran in Breed, Best Veteran in Specialty, then going Best of Breed and BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW as an 11+ year old Veteran.  We are beyond honoured, amazed and thrilled.  Photo below following his huge accomplishment, as a gentleman in his twilight years enjoying a relaxing day following his very exciting retirement show!

July 2014 - The American Working Collie Association (AWCA) awards Cormic his VC title - Versatility Companion
He had received his points in Conformation, Soundness, Assistance Work and Obedience to get this title.
Versatility titles (click link for more information) are awarded to Collies who have accumulated points in a variety of categories (Stock Work, Obedience, Soundness, Scent Work, Draft Work, Assistance Work, Canine Sports, Conformation and/or Public Relations)

June 1, 2013 - South Shore Kennel Club, Lunenburg NS - CGN certification under judges Belle Darris & Florence Outhouse.

He now has a therapy dog title through Therapeutic Paws of Canada, as well as his CGN and his TT.  He is a devoted boy who only wishes to please those around him, and we are so very thrilled to see his kind nature at work in the community for those who need a calm, sweet tempered dog to love and pat and hug.
